Hi

Thanks for reading. I am not receiving any virus messages but my machine seems to be dying. I had a virus a long time ago and managed to get rid of it (or so I thought!) but the machine has never been the same since, very slow and unresponsive a lot of the time. It takes forever to do anything at the moment, takes about 5 mins just to open google. The other thing I noticed is that I can't access the itunes store through itunes, don't know if this is connected? I either cant get in or when I do everything appears as empty outlined boxes. Images show up as question marks. No idea if connected or not? I know I need to upgrade my machine but would prefer to do this at a later date, I dont think this is causing all the problems but it would be good to know if there is something else going on if possible.

Thanks in advance
