I am not surprised you have problems.
You have this installed
The Tiny Bang Story version 1.0.1
(1.0.1) PreCracked Games

and this
Vuze
(4.5) Vuze Inc.

and this
FrostWire 4.21.5
(4.21.5.0) FrostWire Team

all of which are a certain and guaranteed way of testing your anti-virus to the limits and still acquiring infections.

Of equal importance you have Windows Defender, Lavasoft, EsetNOD32 antivirus and Spybot. installed.
You may have others not reported on Pitstop.
Check that Windows Defender is disabled.
Choose ONE anti-virus, ONE anti-spyware, if it is NOT included in the anti-virus and uninstall the rest.

Whatever your opinion is, I can assure you that using P2P downloads is a certain way to have problems.
Also using the registry cleaning aspect of CCleaner is another way of acquiring problems.

As indeed you were advised on your first visit to our Malware forum in May this year and - AVOID P2P
If you had examined the information given to you, you would have seen this.quoted below.

10. Avoid gaming sites, porn sites, pirated software, warez, cracking tools, keygens, and peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing programs (i.e. Limewire, eMule, uTorrent). They are a security risk which can make your computer susceptible to a smörgåsbord of malware infections, remote attacks, exposure of personal information, and identity theft. Malicious worms, backdoor Trojans IRCBots, and rootkits spread across P2P file sharing networks, gaming, porn and underground sites. Users visiting such pages may see innocuous-looking banner ads containing code which can trigger pop-up ads and malicious Flash ads that install viruses, Trojans, and spyware. Ads are a target for hackers because they offer a stealthy way to distribute malware to a wide range of Internet users. Porn sites can lead to the Trojan.Mebroot MBR rootkit and other dangerous malware. The best way to reduce the risk of infection is to avoid these types of web sites and not use any P2P applications.

and then on 27 July you were infected again. So clearly something is amiss. ESET is one of the better anti-virus programs, although NO anti-virus can protect you against P2P downloads, all the time.

If YOU are correct, then re-enable them all ONE at a time
You will then hopefully find the one that is causing the problem.
Good luck with it.
At this stage I regret to say, I do not feel I can help further.

If when you have done that you still have a problem then please post back.
