Hi.

I have the same problem as corey b had with the dr.watson post mortem debugger error (http://www.geekstogo...ugger-resolved/)
when I start my computer. I downloaded and ran hijack this. The output is as follows:

This may be useful information so I will type it up. When windows is starting up, there are two error messages for hkcmd module and igfxTray Module. The messages are:

" hkcmd module/igfxTray Module has encountered a problems and needs to close". They give the choice of either sending an error report or not sending it.

After clicking don't send on both messages, the computer returns to a workable state. After I right click on the desktop, another similar error message comes up for windows explorer:

"windows explorere has encountered a problem and needs to close." Choices: send error report or don't send

WHen I click don't send for the dr. watson debugger message, the computer becomes unresponsive with my mouse and the Dr. Watson Postmortem Debugger message comes up.

When I click don't send, the computer continues to be unresponsive until I press ctrl+alt+del and end the drwtsn32.exe task. When I end the processes, windows xp returns to a normal workable state until I right click on the desktop which gives the windows explorer error again followed by the dr. watson postmortem debugger error

I hope this information helps.
