I'm looking to avoid a problem more then solve one. I have a computer I'm thinking of replacing. Although I don't know that the old computer contains any malware it does have some signs it could. So the question is if I use the windows file and settings program can it bring malware with the other files? Would it be best to start fresh and just transfer known files manually?
