Fan/Heatsink way to loud.

I have a Slimline Acer Aspire ax3200 comp and the fan or heat sink. Is very very loud when its running a game or just doing a virus scan. I took the fan off and dusted off the heat sink. Its still a bit loud. Is there something quieter i can buy and install for it.

It is probably loud because it is getting hot. Did you reapply a proper layer of TIM. Is the rest of the interior clean of heat trapping dust? Have you scanned for malware? What are your temps?
