Internet Explorer toolbars move even when locked.

I have 5 toolbars on my I.E. web pages. Google, Address bar, Standard, Canon easy print, and Robo Form. I have them locked but two or three times a day they will disappear. I then have to either right click the toolbar area and recheck the missing toolbars or open view-toolbars and click them open there and relock them. It seems to happen most when I tile two or more windows and then reopen the main window
