Herotab M10 frozen on boot

Try to get the battery out, wait 10 minutes, put it back in and charge it for half an hour. Then try to power up again.
If this doesn't work, you could try to update the firmware.
- Download the latest M10 firmware by pressing HERE (they are compressed, you need to open them before uploading)
- Format a SD card
- Copy the (unpacked) Firmware on the SD card
- Put the memory card in the device (turn it off before doing so)
- Press the power button, it will automatically upgrade itself, this might take a while.
