I completed a new build a few days ago- everything was working fine for the past 3-4 days. Today, when I booted the computer it begins to start-up then crashes to blue screen with the message: "Process or Thread crucial to system operation has exited or been terminated..."

The "Stop" error reads: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFA800E63DB30, 0xFFFFFA800E63E10, 0xFFFFF800027D28B0)

System is as follows:
MB: Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P
CPU: i5 2500K
RAM: 16GB Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C8
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX580
OS: Windows 7 64bit

are you overclocking anything...if so go back to default settings...
did you get any updates just prior to the BSOD...
or install any new software...
give us a list of everything you did the day before the problem started...
test your ram using memtest86...
