I have a toshiba laptop and it got a virus so I restarted it and press f8. It gave me an option to fix. (forgot wording, so this don't help.) after that you leave and get options. (can use mouse) the last option let me restart the laptop as it came out of the book.

Here it got error after rebooting and now it stuck, it gets the same error then restarts to do again in hope it fixed. So it goes over and over. It didn't come with CDs so I can't use that.

I use the f8 thing but that option not there. It has save mode and the others but the the one I need.

Any help?

But this isn't about malware. That just explains why I was redoing the whole computer.

My laptop was turned off in the middle of setting it self up. (before you make your computer user account and install drivers) that made an error that the computer can't get passed now and my way to redo windows is cut off to me.

Hmm maybe I can use a temp boot cd to get in and run that program that let's you redo the hard drive as it came to me in the first place? (if I know what it said I could explain better but I don't.)
