From logging in, to opening files and programs I'm having problems with the speed of the computer. Its taking 20-30 minutes to load OpenOffice 3.2. The computer was given to me for free from a computers4christians charity program. A few Christian geeks coming together reprogramming computers and installing Christian-based programs to the computers.
The computer is not infested with malware or anything and I don't have internet on it yet. Last night when I first installed the computer it was running smooth, then I restarted it and now its just acting up and not want to go smoothly and even theCapsLock isn't working.
What is it and what should I do?

Could you give us some details about the computer? Specifically: CPU type and speed, amount and speed of RAM, hard disk volume and free space. To accomplish that download CPU-Z from here. No installation required.
