can't connect to iTunesStore -diagnostic tests show no problems

When I try to connect to the iTunes store, the bar loads halfway and freezes. The error message tells me that the iTunes store can't connect to the network. Below is the diagnostic test:

i have this EXACT SAME problem... but on a Toshiba.

couldnt find anything on apple's site... go figure.

would be interested to find out if anyone else has a solution?

I have exactly the same problem on my pc and laptop. I have not been able to connect for about six months now. Apple were of no help and I have tried everything I can find on numerous forums
Has anyone got a solution yet please?

The only thing I can see here that is wrong is it is saying I am not and administrator, but I am the only user and with full admin rights.
