Samsung Fascinate sending out spam

I dont know if I have a virus, worm, or something else... But my phone is sending out spam, with links to I don't know what. I have running on my phone constantly is: SMS Blocker, and Antivirus Free (both from Android market). But they dont seem to be blocking/fixing this issue.

I tried to download the OTR (old timer) program, but it gave me two warnings than a fatal error. The next step was to post, so here I am.

What do I do next?
