cannot start my pc

hello geeks, i'm facing some wierd problem i.e I can't start my pc.... When i press my pc's power button, the two cooler fans(one on top of the processer and other is attached to case) start spining for half-second and that's it, there are no beep sounds and there is no signel for power and hdd lights..... Can anybody say why is this happening to me???

Hi vamhh :)
You need to provide information about your computer in you topic, this includes is it a laptop or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP and if it is provide the model name or series number, motherboard , PSUand any add on card details would also help others to help you better.
From the information in your OP I suspect a failed PSU.
