GoBack preventing Bootup

Had GoBack 3 installed. Apparently now corrupted. Can't boot to Windows.

Failure code gb_uI-support 1145

Tried using NGBBoot.ISO, got to DOS selection choice of "unhooking" GoBack.

Won't unhook.

Salagubang (user) is familiar with problem.
