If you can't do/see steps from my last post then do this one first. After this I'll post step by step in each post for you.

Download aswMBR.exe ( 511KB ) to your desktop.

  • Double click the aswMBR.exe to run it
  • Click the "Scan" button to start scan
  • On completion of the scan click save log, save it to your desktop and post in your next reply

Let's try one heavy tool. If you fail to run it then try to rename it to explorer.exe, svchost.exe or explorer.com.

Download and Install Combofix

Download ComboFix from one of the following locations:

Link 1
Link 2

VERY IMPORTANT !!! Save ComboFix.exe to your Desktop *

IMPORTANT - Disable your AntiVirus and AntiSpyware applications, usually via a right click on the System Tray icon. They may otherwise interfere with our tools. If you have difficulty properly disabling your protective programs, refer to this link here

  • Double click on ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
  • Accept the disclaimer and allow to update if it asks
  • When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
  • Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Notes:
1. Do not mouse-click Combofix's window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
2. Do not "re-run" Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.

Please make sure you include/attach the combo fix log in your next reply

It shouldn't take that long. Usually 10-15min. Restart your system and try to run scan in Safe mode.

Leave Combofix for now. We'll need it later. Let's try AVP Tool. This step usually takes some time to finish so don't worry. Just be there to delete what it finds :)

Download AVPTool from Here to your desktop

Run the programme you have just downloaded to your desktop (it will be randomly named )

First we will run a virus scan

Click the cog in the upper right
Select down to and including your main drive, once done select the Automatic scan tab and press Start Scan
Allow AVP to delete all infections found
Once it has finished select report tab (last tab)
Select Detected threads report from the left and press Save button
Save it to your desktop and attach to your next post

Is there any other clean PC you can use to read my posts? Click on Start then Run... and type iexplore.exe -extoff then click OK button. Try to read my posts now.

You don't have to apologize for this. It's "normal" when you have malware on your machine.

Very strange... I also PM you this step.

Let's install the free Avast:

http://www.avast.com...ivirus-download

Once you have it installed and it has updated, right click on it and select Open Avast! User Interface then click on Scan Computer, then on
Boot-Time Scan then Schedule Now. Reboot and let it run a scan. It will take many hours (like overnight) and unfortunately you may need to check back with it once in a while to see if it needs an input from you. If the scan hangs that may indicate a hardware problem.

NOTE: User can't install AVAST on his system.

OK. For this step we will need clean PC and blank CD to burn Dr.Web bootable CD on it. After you burn it we'll scan your infected system with this tool.

Download FreeISOBurner to desktop
Download Dr.Web Live CD to desktop

  • Insert blank CD into CD burner
  • Start FreeISOBurner
  • Click Open button and load Dr.Web LiveCD ISO file
  • Select burn speed 16x or less
  • Press Burn button
  • Having made the bootable CD set your system to boot from CD (Instructions)
  • Once Dr.Web starts select Dr.Web LiveCD (Default)
  • Press Scanner button on the top
  • Press Custom scan on the left side
  • Check all disks on the right side
  • Now press Begin the scan button to start scanner
  • After the scan select all infected files and press Cure button
  • Select Tools then Journal
  • Click Export button and save report as drweb.txt to hda1 folder
Restart your system and post C:\drweb.txt log here for me.
