I went to install microsoft security essentials and Malwarebytes, and they came up as corrupted when I tired to install them, while all other programs installed fine, so I figured I had a virus. At a certain point my computer became very slow.

Then I got really dense. So I installed and ran combofix, failing to heed the many warnings. Although my computer runs fast now, when I try to run or open anything, I get the message:

"Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion." programs only run if I run as admin. For some reason I decided to run combofix again.

Where do I go from here?

this is my OTL log:
