When I turn on the computer, I get a box that says Virtual Expander: Start up has failed(1001). I click ok and on we go. Do I need this Virtual Expander, and if so how can I get it to function corrrectly? I have followed links to update it and had no positive results. Also, when I click on ATFCleaner, my screen goes black then I get a box from UserAccountControl asking if I trust this or not. I have tried a number of times going into UAC and making sure the box is not checked to do this and it isn't. These 2 things were working fine(or not working as the case may be)until a month or so ago when I could no longer download pictures from my camera to the computer, which may have been due to a virus which is now removed.
Note: When I search for UAC, I have 2 accounts, as an Administrator and as a Guest. Am I supposed to have 2?

Nancy
