BSOD Problem TCPIP.SYS

My computer has recently been crashing to BSOD very often.

I looked up the TCPIP.SYS error that came up and saw that I should reinstall my ethernet slot drivers. I tried that but it didn't work.

I have attached the last 6 dmp files from the minidump folder.

Help much appreciated!
