Hi all

I am pulling my hair out trying to remove Norton Online Backup and remnants of Norton Antivirus product that was bundled with my HP notebook. Would really appreciate some help please.

Uninstaller will not run via control panel and I am unable to delete files via Windows Explorer.

I have started another thread in this forum entitled Windows 7 will not shut down, still not been able to resolve the issue and something is bugging me about this antivirus trouble. Could it be linked? There are a multitude of errors in the event log.

I have a HP DV6 with Win 7 Home Premium.

Any help gratefully received.
