Running out of virtual memory

My computer has been running very very slow for a about a month or so. I have a netbook (Windows XP) and it is over a year old. I need to fix my computer so it is fast running. My computer indicated that it is running out of virtual memory.

Virtual Memory == hard drive space, so it sounds like your hard drive is getting full. Here ae a couple tutorials you can use to clean up your hard drive and free up some space.
