TCPIP.sys BSOD Problem

I keep getting the BSOD due to tcpip.sys, I can't seem to find the cause of the problem, it seems to happen randomly, any help anyone could give me would be appreciated.

Are you using NetLimiter?

I'm not using NetLimiter right now, but I do have it installed

Try uninstalling it and see if the problem goes away. It may load drivers even when not in use.
