how to restore my windows 7 back to factory settings without a cd

i've got a program on my computer that is playing up and ive lost all of the disks that came with my computer.
It,s a mesh inspiron 250 with windows 7.

Seems to be a Dell product so try this:


The key combination is CRTL + F11 pushing the keys at the same time at the the dell screen during post. Once you push them then you want to release them.
It should go into the recovery partition so you can do a system restore.
NOTE: make sure any data you want to save is backed up before doing the above steps.
