As Speccy doesn`t list an audio chip it has either failed or it has been disabled in the BIOS, do you know how to get into the BIOS to check, not all PCs are the same it may be by tapping one of the following keys on boot up F2, F8 or Del, once in the BIOS navigate through the pages until you find the audio device, if it is disabled enable it by highlighting it and then pressing the enter key (space bar on some branded PCs) save and exit (F10) and then Y to accept the changes.
You can download the drivers for your audio chip @ http://downloadcente...t.aspx?lang=eng I suggest that you do this first.

This might help also Phillpower2

Download and install Free Everest Home Edition
Open it.
1: In left pane expand Computer folder.
2: Click once on Summary
3: In upper menu, go Report
4: And then to Quick Report-Summary
5: Save it in text file, and paste it in your next post.
Click the + by computer, click on Sensor. Get a screenshot and post it so I can check your temps and voltages...

DO NOT INCLUDE ANYTHING UNDER THE LINE THAT SAYS "DEBUG- PCI"
