You are not pestering me with all the questions as that is why I am here.
I just want to make sure everything is up to date so your problem is not a driver issue.

drivers are downloaded cuz of CD
and i went to EVGA website and tried download the newer drivers but it said that the drivers i chose are not comptable with my OS and it couldn't detect any compatible graphics software.
adn the graphics on everything are pretty good lag is because of my internet connection
but i havn't tried any games that my previous card couldn't play.

CORRECTother card is off cuz i switched it to agp right?
Did you try DriverMax to see if it found newer drivers for your video card? It is possible there may not be newer drivers since AGP has been replaced by PCIe slots on the newer motherboards.and i went to EVGA website and tried download the newer drivers but it said that the drivers i chose are not comptable with my OS and it couldn't detect any compatible graphics software.
Is your internet dialup, Satellite, DSL or cable?adn the graphics on everything are pretty good lag is because of my internet connection
but i havn't tried any games that my previous card couldn't play.
If anything other then dialup you ight consider calling your ISP and ask them to run a signal and speedtest on your line. You can also try the below:
Speedtest and try a couple of servers. One close to you and one across the country from you. Post the results for both and we can see your actual speeds then.
