Reading the reviews I noticed people were having problems with the dvd player.
I still think the first one I posted for you the All in One is the best price for everything.
You could buy a used computer but there is no guarantee on them. If you have like a pawn shop or a used computer shop around you then you can find one through them.
Please understand that a new system is going to cost to get regardless of building it yourself or buying a name brand system.
Since you can't update that one then your options are to either buy a used and maybe inherit problems or buy a new one and have a warranty that will protect you for a year at least.

just hope i can actuallly save enough money up for it.

I wish I could help but I can't afford to update my own systems right now. I have 4 in my house and it is my job to keep them running.

Can you link to the system you say is 80 dollars more so I can go over the specs please?

ok i got a old computer for free so it diddt work cause my mom didn't want to instal her last copy of windows on it so i took it apart and got some parts that i salvaged.

-starlogic 300Watt power suply for pc,desktops---found this and am selling
-Kingston value ram (can't find out how much it is though---need help finding acutal product name and value.
-Maxtor 40G hard drive---found and selling
-something that i think is a graphics card it says
10/100 PCInet card---need hlep finding name and value
-another card i think is a graphics card.
Graphics by rage 128 pro---need help finding product name and value.

their are other labels and such on these things but most are just serial numbers etc...

so gonna sell theseon ebay to get some cash for my computer.

ps: should i take and sell the motherboard too? cause i don't know what type of computer it was.
all it said on the boot screen was Intel Pentium® 4
and alot of other stuff like master 1 slave primary and stuff like that.

OK first off you cant legally install your moms OS since it is already installed on another system so that would not have worked anyway.
The PSU is very low by today's standards as us as system builders rarely use anything less then a 500 watt in a system now.

Kingston value ram (can't find out how much it is though---need help finding acutal product name and value.

There should be a sticker on it with a model number that identifies the memory

something that i think is a graphics card it says
10/100 PCInet card---need hlep finding name and value

This is a network card or NIC card and not a graphics card.

another card i think is a graphics card.
Graphics by rage 128 pro---need help finding product name and value.

ATI rage 128 should look like one of these HERE

should i take and sell the motherboard too? cause i don't know what type of computer it was.
all it said on the boot screen was Intel Pentium® 4

There should be a model number printed in white lettering somewhere on the motherboard and if not was this a brand name system ?
