Hi! I just bought a new computer because our old one is unrepairable. I need to run the desktop wirelessly because the idiots who set up the connections thought it was a good idea to not set them up in the office. The old desktop was able to connect wirelessly but now I can't get the new one to connect wirelessly. I bought and hp s5-1021p. The store told me that I need to turn on the wireless switch but I can't find it anywhere! I looked in device manager at network connections and found nothing. The store assures me that the computer has built in wireless but I seriously can't find it! Please help!

If the store assures you that the computer does have wireless then they need to provide it to you. I have looked up the specifications and that desktop does not come with wireless as standard.

(Unless they have installed one separately)

I would ring them and complain to a manager.
