Hi there

Thanks for your PM. Sorry I haven't replied back to your last post sooner but I've had to sort my own system out & been offline for last few days.

In answer to your question, yes - it helps with diagnosis cuz it shows me exactly what the problem is.
I have been looking at the print out & I will get back to you shortly regarding the best course of action. I have to spend today repairing a clients computer & another client's printer, so bare with me & I'll reply as soon as I can
