20-20 is home design software. I think I installed and then deleted it a while back.

tag.exe and devil.dll date back to 2003.

Everything has been fine since your last suggestion, I really appreciate it.

I don't like the looks of that scbar.exe file:

C:\2020V61\Mswin\60\SCBar.Exe

I would make sure it's related to that 20-20 program. If not, just delete that file.
