I just completely replaced my computer (motherboard, CPU, video card, PSU, RAM) and as I am installing my programs on my Windows 7 64 bit, I get random physical memory dumps to disk. I don't understand why. Does anybody know what is happening? This is probably the cleanest computer possible, as I have nothing installed except Google Chrome, so I have no idea what could be the problem.

If you could send us the dump files here we could take a look at them to see where the problem lies.
