My roomie downloaded some stupid screensaver program, which didn't work, and I tried to delete it, but now I keep getting this stupid popup box every so often that says "Initialization file(c:\Program Files(x86)\WindchimesSS\WindchimesSS.ini) not found. Please Re-install WindchimesSS.

Is this some sort of virus, or just a file that's hiding somewhere and needs to be obliterated? I'm not feeling comfortable with reinstalling this crap.

Any help would be appreciated!
