Sound Problems (Vocals in music)

I am having a problem with my sound.

Whenever I play music suddenly the voices are very muted. The music is fine, just the vocals are muted to almost nothingness.
I have checked the Sound properties, everything seems to be in order.

Can someone please help me get this sorted?
