Will not print RED. Have tried 3 new ink cartridges as well as HP Toolbox Head Cleaning process with no luck. Any suggestions?

The red (magenta?) ink delivery nozzle is probably so badly blocked with old, dried-up ink that the normal cleaning cycle cannot clear it.
You can buy cleaning cartridges online which may unblock it. Just google cleaning cartridges.
