IE8 is quite often running at 300,000K, which slows and kills my computer even though I have 75% of my system free. I have done the following steps to try to fix it.

I have newest version of AVG, have run their virus cleaner.
I have run CC cleaner (registry and computer cleaning)
I have run Spybot Cleaner
I have turned off all Add-on's
I have re-set IE8 to standard settings
I have uninstalled IE8 and reinstalled it
I have made sure it is all updated
I have run Malwarebytes
I have run Abexo registry cleaner
I did a scan with AVG in safe mode as well
I have made sure that all my programs on my computer have been updated
I even went through and updated all my drivers

I really have to run IE. I have an online business and almost 90% of my customers use IE, so I have to make sure my website is always fully correct in IE with all the changes I do all the time to my site.

I am beyond stumped. I don't think it is a virus issue. I don't know what else to try. Should I put the OTL file in my question here? It looks like it kindof really shows what I personally have on my computer????
