I am currently trying to build a very custom portable PC. I have a case I built myself that fits inside a backpack with air intakes for cooling. I need to figure out some way to make the keyboard, mouse, and moniter more portable. I've seen a lot about head mounted displays over the years but now it seems as soon as I actully need one, all the kinds that would work correctly have dissappeared.

If anyone could point me out to where I could find a single eye virtual moniter system, with a virtual screen of at least 10" it would be greatly appreciated. I have a few ideas for the mouse and keyboard but suggestions are welcome there as well.

Thanks!

Well, I need something quite a bit more powerful than an Ipad. :) But thanks.

Your idea of using a touch display though... I like it. I think I'd still prefer a HMD but I will definately look into tablet moniters now.

Thanks!
