I've tried turning off my firewall and looking into the internet properties within IE, but I don't know what's causing my issue. The issue involves no internet connection for things like virus update, downloading windows updates, using internet explorer (mozilla works fine), and unable to upgrade current programs like Flash player. It's probably something simple but I can't figure out what it is. Any help is greatly appreciated. Can it be my router? Nothing has changed about it.
