You went further to test the pop up blocker. The link I gave you has a button in the middle of the page named Test my Java plug-in. When you click that you should see the results of the java test. Mine says:

Posted ImageThe version of the Java plug-in that is installed on your computer is up-to-date and should be functioning properly.

What does it say to you when you click the Test my Java plug-in?

Hello,

I can't think any other possible solutions, so your best bet is to go to that site's support page and ask for help.
There's an appropriate link here to send them a report for crashes if you have already followed all the suggestions provided at their page

Also you can post in the browsers forum to see if anybody can think of any other solution

Apart from that, are there any other problems with your computer? How's it running?

aside from that it seems to be running perfect and I really do appreciate all the help you have given me as for the java I really think it is just a setting that I haven't found but I will see what they say about it again thank you

You can follow the instructions at post18 to clean the tools we've used after the re-opening.
I'll leave this topic open for a few days in case something occurs
