Attempt to correct missing DVD problem... now windows doesn't boot

I deleted my ATA Channel 0 and ATA Channel 1 from my windows device manager. Now windows won't boot at all - after the BIOS screens come up, it goes directly to a flashing cursor on a black screen. The windows screen doesn't come up; and I'm assuming it might begin to boot, but doesn't see any hard drives.

Thoughts?
