Hi there,

Thank you so much in advance for any help you can give me. My problem has two parts (I think) and any help would be greatfully received.

My new laptop has started showing a 'RunDLL Error' when starting up. It says -

'There was a problem starting C:\Users\Debbie\AppData\Local\utebupiceric.dll
The specified module could not be found'

This has been happening for around two weeks now. I then received a lovely phone call form my bank to tell me that someone had accessed my online banking and attempted to empty my back account into theirs, and the most likely explanation seemed a virus of sorts on my laptop. I have run my standard Avast and it picked up a few files which have now been quarantined and/or removed, but I'm panicking in case there is anything left on the machine.

Any help with either part would be much appreciated.
