Hey! I've been on this site for the last week and it has really helped me! I figured out I had a google redirect virus, and I followed all the steps in the malware removal guide to fix it. Then I noticed that I had a virus that was blocking my antivirus software from running. I again followed the steps and ran MBAM but it found nothing. So I thought I fixed it. I reset my laptop and installed Avast, which isn't opening and is saying there is an error. I was hoping that someone would know what is going on! Since I do not have the money to take it to a shop to get fixed :S

Thank you so much!
