Hi KMC1's and :)
You need to provide information about your computer, this includes is it a laptop or desktop, is it a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP if it is provide the model name or series number (not serial).

This computer has limited no connectivity

What do you mean by this! please be more specific also do you have a Vista disk that may have been provided with the PC or possibly branded system restore disk/s.

I have a desktop Dell Inspiron 531 with Windows Vista. Also, I have a Dell laptop which tied to the Trendnet Wireless Router with cable connection attached.

I am trying to sign into internet desktop which the cable connection comes from Trendnet Wireless Router. When I checked the network connection on the desktop now, I am getting the following message:

"A problem with your network router or broadband modem might be preventing an internet connection"

I do have a Reinstallation DVD Windows Vista - Home Premium 32BIT.

Thank you.

So it is your internet connection that has limited connectivity, have you looked for solutions on the Network forum http://www.geekstogo.../11-networking/
Have you looked in the Device Manager to see if there is a yellow ! or red X next to the network adapter, let us know what you find.
