Hi! I'm new to all this and not sure what the etiquette is so please bear with me!!!! I have a virus-d:\hp\recover\restorewiz.exe My regular protection didn't find it but STOPzilla did. Now STOPzilla wants 25 euros to fix it. Should I pay it or can I remove it myself?? The symptoms are: my email is not functioning properly, I have to refresh the page to get the main screen to come up and also I can't access drop down menus. Also I have loads of highlighted text appearing on all the pages I go to and if I accidently touch one I get redirected to an advertising page. On top of that my computer is just super slow.

Any advice welcome!!!

Thanks!
