computer restarts while playing WoW

I installed Steam on my computer a few days ago to play fallout New Vegas. While I was playing it my computer would keep restarting. Now when I play WoW it does the same thing. It will just restart with no warning what so ever. I have tried uninstalling Steam, but it still happens. It could also be my internet because I am playing in Afghanistan. any ideas?
