I use a Microsoft wireless keyboard and mouse. How can I get the computer to recognize those before Windows loads? How do I enter set-up or Safe Mode useing wireless devices? Thanks!

It depends on your MoBo settings, try enabling usb legacy suport in the bios and see if it works.
Because you can't enter the bios to make this change, hook up a cabled keyboard for now.

Otherwise the only thing I can think of is always keeping a cabled keyboard handy.
And you don't need to enter the bios that often anyway.

Hope this helps.
