Malware Related Cannot Defragment C:\WINDOWS\assembly\N

After getting ROGUE.AGENT/GEN-NULLO[DLL] I was not able to run Malwarebytes. My virus checker Trend Micro found and deleted it. It was located at C:\WINDOWS\MMSYTEM.DLL. Cleaned Malwarebytes w/ help from tech support using Combofix and TFC. Able to run MB.

However now "cannot defragment" C:\WINDOWS\assembly\NativeImages_v2.0.50727_32\System.Web\40893760431f8f0dcce3e18630e45b23\System.Web.ni.dll using Auslogics. File is in 6 fragments.
