Totally confused and looking for some real GOOD help

I have installed my windows flash player but when I go to watch anything on it the computer tells me I need to up load the newest version of adobe flash even though I know I have and then it only HAPPENS on Internet explorer any other browser will play flash movies.

Visit the above site and just make sure you have the latest version for Win7 SP1
Also make sure that you do have Win7 SP1 installed. Do this when using I.Explorer as the browser, not F/fox etc.

I have windows 7 sp1 and adobe flash player 11 installed but if i go to a website that uses fp it tells me to update my fp
