hi, thanks for taking your time in helping me. My computer problem its very confusing to me and I have tried to fix it but i could not. I was using my windows vista laptop and when i connected to the internet it was running fine, Mozilla Firefox needed an update so i clicked on update at the Mozilla Firefox page. The update was running and installing it was taking along time to install and i waited patiently the update was finished and i ran Mozilla Firefox when i did that it would not connect to my home page or any other home page. The page was loading but it took a long time to completely load. When it was half way done a new page appeared that said internet connection problem. I tried running internet explorer and the page did not load it said Windows internet explorer not responding. I tried running Google chrome and the page did not load. I dis installed Mozilla Firefox and that did not help. My computer does not connect to the internet even though its connected to my internet box router. Any help?
