Hello, this is the return of a problem I thought I had got rid of, but it has decided to rear its ugly head again, while using a Fujitsu Siemens Amillo the track pad often ceases to respond and nothing I can do will get it to work apart from a re-boot, which may or may not get it working again. While checking in Device Manager I noticed under "Mice and other Pointing Devices" that there is no track pad listed, only a PS2 compatible mouse which I don't have which is supposed to be plugged into the PS2 mouse port, and in fact there is no PS2 port on the laptop at all. I suspect an incorrect driver problem here, but would like some confirmation if this could be true.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me out with this.
Thanks.
