For some time now I've been getting blue screen errors accociated to flashplayer which have been getting more frequent. This happens most often on youtube with about 1/5 vids causing it. Occasionally I can rescue it and get it to end task but if I try and play any vid after that it BS's instantly. Different browsers make no difference. A friend has told me it might have something to do with Flashplayer not properly removing old versions of itself causing a conflict.

All drivers are updated regularly (though not right this second as Ive only just got the net back after 5/6 weeks and havnt got round to it yet).

Any help will be appreciated :)

I used to get BSOD when watching certain YouTube videos and I found that if went back to the original drivers for my video card instead of the latest from ATI the blue screens stopped. So I would suggest upgrading to the latest and if that doesn't fix the problem try the original drivers that came with your card.

Newer is sometimes not better.

I solved my problems with flash player and my NVidia card with disabling the hardware acceleration in Flash player settings. no matter what driver I was using it would cause bsod until I did that and since no more.

Hope it will also help you.
