In the seagate.iso i need to burn it to a blank cd? , and boot pc from it?

Because i cant put cd on cd driver pc insta shuts down :)

If your system is capable of booting to the USB drive then you can put it on a flash drive.

You would have to enter the bios and set the USB as one of the boot devices in the boot sequence.

Well i dont have my laptop with me atm so i need to wait for it , so i cant do it <.<

If your system is not bootable by a external USB drive then you won't be able to use that then.

Unstable voltages in the PSU, faulty motherboard or airflow causing the system to overheat. Drivers and\or programs can do this as well as a active infection.

Yep pen drive and usb flash drive are the same. Since your system won't boot to it then that creates a problem.
The only other way to get access to the data then would be to remove the drive and put it as a second drive on another system or put it in a external enclosure and access it as a external drive with another system.
