I recent;ly became the owner of a dell mini inspiron 10. It was moving at a snail's pace and wouldn't do anything. I previously did a system restore to the earliest date allowed. It is moving so much faster now but I cannot log on to the internet. The previous owner also couldn't. I am fine with it going completely to factory settings and starting from scratch. please help.
